2009 drivers window wont go all the way up

I have a 2009 crewcab. DS window goes down fine. Window will go up a few inches and stop. Eventually after clicking 100 times it goes up 1/4" at a time. A lot of times if you let it sit(parked) for awhile and come back and try.. it will go up. All other windows work fine.

I took the switch cluster out, but I couldn't figure out how to get the PCB(printed circuit board) out to get to the switches. Any ideas?

I tried to clean them by shotgun spraying with contact cleaner, but still the same. I also checked ohm readings on switches and DS(auto) reading is a bit different. Is there a diode in there? or is this the carbon buildup on the switch?

I reseated all harness connectors.

Has anybody repaired this issue on an '09? What have others done/replaced?

Any help is appreciated.

Jim

Use this grease on contact that apply "hot".
