2008 XLT supercab breaker 401

Can anyone tell me what powers the 401 breaker (30 amp breaker) I can't trace the wire or anyone have a wiring diagram for it?
Your help would be appreciated.

The output ( terminal 87 ) of the accessory delay relay in the CJB ( Central Junction Box / Cab fuse panel ).
