2005 FX4 Tow Harness
When I hook up my trailer I get all the lights working except the right turn signal, I checked fuse #36 and it is good. It happens on both 4 and 7 pin. What else could it be?

did you check the fuse, with a meter or test light, from a known good ground to both pins on the back of the fuse while it is installed or the pull and stare method of checking it ?
Did you check the trailer tow adapter with a meter or test light ?

After you test the fuse, on both sides while installed to a known good ground, test the trailer tow adapter.
