I'm currently permanently installing a radar detector permanently in my 2012 Screw. What is the best place to tap a 12v switched source and ground? The fusebox was my first choice but I cant find a bolt to ground to there and the fuses are TINY! I would prefer not to splice a wire, Any Ideas?

ATM add a fuse



For the ground, did you check behind the door trim panel.

On the '06 My, you had to pull back on the door trim to find the ground lug, it was not hanging in the open next to the fuse panel.
