Might want to give members at least 12 hours to reply....
Bumping your thread at under 10 hours is being a bit pushy, and considering most of that time span was at night, when the majority of people sleep, not sure what you were expecting.

The list

1. ABS light on the dash is on
2. the blinkers do not work
3. the heated seats do not work
4. temp display on my overhead console does not work.

Q1. What fuse is blowing and you are replacing ? Not sure what it is for, and considering you have 4 problems, kind of hard to guess which fuse it is.

Problem #1
You can guess and toss parts at this, but the best bet is to have a shop scan the ABS system, and get the code. Could be wheel sensors, ABS pump, or anything else in the system.

Problem #2
Try tilting the steering wheel column all the way up and retest.
- This could be the MFS connector under the knee panel pulling apart, this is a quick test.
- This is pending this is not the fuse that keeps blowing.

Problem #3
Is this the fuse ??? Both seats do not work, does the indicator lamp on the switch come on, and they don't get warm, or is this the indicator lamp does not come on ?
- Are they factory heated seats ?

Problem #4

Follow the directions to make sure it is not turned off.
Again, this is a SWAG, don't know if this is the fuse that you are talking about.

yes it is not shut off, it just goes out when the fuse blows

i think all the problems come from the fuse blowing and not sure what part of the problem is blowing the fuse...btw when the fuse blows the indicators on the dash for the blinkers do not show and no sound from the flaser

thanks greatly for your help its driving me nuts

That helps quite a bit.

Q2. Did you replace the MFS from NOV-2009 ?

For the post :
CJB ( aka Central Junction Box, cab fuse panel )
BJB ( aka Battery Junction Box, Engine Compartment fuse panel )

The battery Charge relay coil ( hot in run position )
The transfer case electric clutch relay coil ( ground operated by GEM )
The center axle 4x4 & 4x2 disconnect solenoids ( ground operated by GEM )
The shift on the fly relay ( ground operated by GEM )
Power to the turn signals ( hot in run position, turn signal part, not the 4 way part of the flasher ).
ABS ign feed ( Hot in run, not the hot at all times feed CJB fuse # 15, 5A )
Heated seat modules ( driver & pass switch, element is BJB fuse # 118 ).
Overhead console
day/night mirror

Considering that you do not need to do anything ( i.e. try using 4WD, use the heated seats or have a trailer plugged in ), best to try to remove some items :

1. Remove the trailer tow battery charge relay from the BJB
2. Pull the flasher ( to remove the flasher and the status unknown MFS from NOV-2009 )
3. Unplug the ABS unit ( under the hood, could be a ABS unit issue )
4. Pull the overhead console ( this could be a loose resistor in the overhead console causing the short to ground )

After disconnecting these items, replace the fuse and start the truck, check if the fuse blows ( use a meter on the fuse to a known good ground, check both pins ).

Next will be the 4WD system checks if the fuse holds. Some times the connector on the transfer case can get gummed up, or the wires I seem to recall exit the passenger side to the transfer case.

You will have a ABS error indication with the unit unplugged, and you can drive, just know you will not have ABS and the wheels can lock up causing an accident if you are not expecting it ( it is that time of the year )

im going to try alot of those things...

however the MFS was replaced last november when i was trying to figure out my other problems which ended up being the GEM which was replaced in jan this year..

that being said i did try 4 wheel drive both high and low and everything works as should, tomorrow i am goin to plus a trailer in and see if it works..

and i checked other fuses that i thaught may have something to do with it then repalced the fuse 23 again..popped after less than 5 min 3 seperate times
i really do belive it is a ABS problem...the other day in the rain i slammed on the brakes very hard and it slid abs did not work but i dont know if it would have in that situation
