1999 F150 electrical problem - Help

I have a 1999 f150 and it has a draw on the battery of one (1) amp and it drains the battery over night so it is hard to start. I found the draw to be coming from the cab feed wire. I have pulled every fuse from the box under the hood and from the one on the dash and cannot find what is draining the battery. I have put in a new battery, complete disconnected my alternator and security system in previous troubleshooting attempts. My radio time is always wrong. I pulled the radio fuse and the unit goes dead but the draw is still there. Is there any circuit that does not go through the fuse box or am I missing something???

Any help will be appreciated.

Cab wire?

Cab wire or the heavy gauge copper wire runing into/through the firewall. I assume to the fuse panel under the dash. Pulled every fuse one at a time from both fuse panels and battery still has a draw.

The I/P fuse panel (CJB)is fed primarily via BJB fuse 103 (50A).

There are a number of fuses in the CJB that are NOT fed by this main feed. Most of those circuits are ones that are fed from the BJB via sections of the ignition switch. Pulling BJB fuses 102, 111, and 113 should remove power from those ignition switch circuits.

Traced the 0.1 amp draw to fuse #15

Pulled all the fuses inside and outside again while watching my amp meter. The amp draw went to 0 when I pulled the 5A fuse out of #15 on the inside fuse box and also wento 0A when I pulled the 50A fuse out of #103 in the under the hood fuse box. Can I leave the #15 fuse out? I know it controls the interior lights that I can live without. I need to know about the other things that get power from #15 and if I am OK to drive with out that fuse in there. If I have a draw coming from my interior lights how do I trouble shoot that? Could it be a bad light bulb? I have interior lights that work and I do not see any bulbs not working.

Any help or direction will be greatly appreciated.

this is going to sound weird, but do your dome lights stay on for 10ish minutes after you lock the truck? If so I would start by lubricating the latches because the truck thinks the doors are open even when they are closed

I just checked and they go right off. Note my locks are much slower than before. They sometimes do not full unlock and lock with the lock button on the door. That said, I can see where this may be a possibility but for now my lights are not satying on and during my amp test they were in the open position with the door closed.

Thanks

Can't leave that fuse out, quick check of the owners manual :

Stop Lamp Switch, (Speed Control, Brake Shift Interlock, ABS, PCM Module Inputs), GEM Module, RABS Test Connector
I don't think this is the fuse, but have you had the Cruise Control recall done ?

recall 05S28. Description: Speed Control Deactivation Switch.

F15 supplies keep-alive power to the RABS module, is present to the brake pedal switch for use as a status signal to a variety of sub-systems (does not operate the stop lamps), and supplies operating power to the GEM module.

The GEM module and RABS module together will likely pull less than 100 mA. This is a long way from a 1 amp draw and is pretty normal.

Keep in mind that you must wait for the battery saver delay to expire otherwise you will read a significantly higher current draw.

Check for water leak from the windshield dripping down onto the GEM.

1999 go to start, everything goes dead, try to jump start, same happens, lights come back on then try to start and everything goes off again. Turn the key off and for a while the gauges make a faint sound that has never happened before, checked fuses, changed the starter, still does the same.

Do not hijack an old, dead, unrelated thread. Start a new one.
