Rear Passenger Door Problem

My Rear Passenger door doesn't activate the dome light when its opened?? Is it a fuse or what ? Any Help Would be great not that big of a deal just kinda annoying thanks guys

Does the dash show a "door ajar" signal if that door is open? If it doesn't, it could be the switch in the door itself. (Part of the latching mechanism, I think).

Edit: Possibly the WD40 cure might work for you too? Have a look at this thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/el...nt-go-off.html

I haven't noticed it showing a door ajar message on the dash...but will try the WD40 trick thanks
