stereo wire harness

Hello everyone ,does any one know about the wire harness for the stereo in an 04 F-150? I need to know which wires are which as they are not the normal red/yellow power and accessory colors. I only need to know which ones are battery power and which one is the remote or memory. If anyone can help me w/ this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by remote or memory, here is what the EVTM has ( using 2006, 2004 should be the same, cannot be 100% sure )

The power to the head unit :

F31, 20 A hot at all times : Light Green w/ violet stripe

F7, 5A hot in start position : Red w/ black stripe

F22, 10 A ( via accessory delay power ) light green w/ yellow stripe
- Unless XL or STX then it is F1 10A ( no accy delay ) pink w/ black stripe.

Steve - I directed larog72 over here because I thought you could help him. I think you just did, but it would help if he was a bit more clear on his question wouldn't it?

larog72, this was NOT a put down. Please describe what you have in your harness. The more information we have, the more we are able to help you.

- Jack

No problem, I don't know as I am not much on Audio equip for the truck.
This might be a common name in aftermarket HUs.

Glad you got your answer, good luck with the project.
