The 2005 has a CJB ( Central Junction Box ) not the SJB.
If you have a 2005 main headlamp switch chances are most of the wiring is not installed.
If you want to install it into the CJB, you could have a problem with the CJB not having the connections for the fog lamp relay to the high beams, and you would need the pin connectors for C270 ( A, F H ).
Best route is to use the 2005 Ford Fog lamp switch, with an external relay, and wire them in separate.
Using the aux lamp diagram ( hand drawn ) you would use the factory fog lamp switch in place of the switch to pin 85, so the white w/ black stripe wire would be wired to pin 85 on the external relay.
Did you check that all the wires are in the back of the main headlamp switch connector ?
