Not sure why you think my question was SPAM. I am still needing to know how to take apart the center console so I can replace the shift interlock. Thanks.

I know this is old but in case it helps anyone else. All you do is pull the cover up with your fingers of maybe carefully worth a flat head. It's held in place only by 4 clips 1 at each corner. Pops off pretty easy worth the cup holders and all. You can see the interlock on the driver side with a white tab to disengage the shifter if need be if you're stuck in park. Use an 8mm socket with extension to reach the 4 bolts holding the shifter in place. Torx #20 will remove the 2 retaining screws on the solenoid then unplug the grey harness located towards the passanger side of the shifter and the wire to the o/d button also on that side. The shifter light on the driver side comes off easy and probably already fell off on its own while maneuvering around. Replacing is reverse of removal. If you want to give it a try, open the solenoid by unsnapping the 3 tabs and take a look inside. There's a small transistor stamped with ztx 450 that likely has scorch marks where itattached tothe board from overheating. You can order this online and replace with 3 small solder joints and probably fix this yourself saving a few bucks. I ordered like 5 transistors for about $7 and I'll see if this repair works for me. I'll post results asap.

For the record, the question wasn't spam, that particular response was spam.

No voltage to devices on circuit #14

Did you get your shift interlock fixed?
I also have an issue with my 04 fx4 circuit#14 powers AC Clutch, Shift Interlock, Heated PCV and Back Up lights, Ill explain what I have done thus far below, anyone who has info on this type of electrical problem please feel free to help me learn a little more thanks
2004 F150 FX4 Shift interlock not working, everything on #14 10A fuse not working, AC Clutch, Shift Interlock, back up lights, #14 keep blowing fuses (shorted) and I checked all circuits on #14 and didn't find anything wrong. After reconnecting all devices back to the circuit #14 I cranked engine put a 10a fuse back in while running the engine acted as if it started to miss for a second and jumped back running good and now the fuse is not blown. I verified 12 volts on both sides of fuse but still no voltage out to the devices on the circuit. Any ideas?
Brake light switch is working on brake light side but no voltage on side for shift interlock. The solenoid is good as I can make it work applying 12 to it from brake light side.
