Airbag Light

i have a 03 fx4 my airbag light came on about a month ago and i cant figure out why any advice?

you need to count the flashes and give us the code, it should be something like 2 flash, pause, 5 flash, then it repeats it 2 more times, then goes on solid.

it goes 2 flash, pause 7 flash

Have you taken the dash apart recently. Mine did that because i didnt plug the air bag light wire harness back in all the way. i know you have a different year i just thought i would throw that out there i case i triggers any thing in your head..

From search for [/i]airbag 27[/i] the threads indicate this is a passenger side airbag light is burnt out. Some threads here on replacing this, with a bulb from Radioshack.

The bulb out condition can be simulated on the 04+ MY trucks by not plugging the connector back in ( bulb not there, not filament in the bulb ).
