What's the easiest way on a 2001 Ex?

 

The way I do it with all my vehicles: Take it out on a deserted level road at night and turn the screws until the lights are pointed the way you want them. When they're adjusted properly, it's obvious. Forget all the crap about putting marks on a wall, etc.
