I have a 2002 FX4 and i was installing my new L lights today and i noticed a plug that goes nowhere. further inspection i noticed it was coming out of the opening that my fog light wire was coming out of kinda like it splits off in two different directions from the frame. it is connected to the body with a strap of some sort looks factory.

after finding this i looked at the other side same set up as the left but this time the cable is connected to 2 black looking objects ( i think there the horns?)

anyway was just wonder what this random cable is and what its for if you need pictures ill get them after work tomm.
