Blown Fuse after fog light mod??? Should I be worried???

I did the fog light mod and everything works like it should. Fogs come on with park lights and stay on with high beams. Except the #27 fuse under the dash keeps blowing. In the manual it says Foglamp Relay and Foglamp Indicator, Main Light Switch (upstream). With the fuse blown it doesn't seem to affect anything. Should I be worried?????

Another thing...My dome light works when you open the door, but after it shuts off and I try turning it on by the dimmer switch, nothing happens. I did blow a fuse in the engine bay while doing the fog light mod because I tied into the wrong wire. I lost interior lights and park lights. After replacing the fuse, the lights work fine. When I did tie into the wrong wire, I did see a little smoke coming from the headlight switch assembly. I quickly turned off the lights and disconnected the wire. Not sure what it could be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

here is what the wiring should look like after doing the wiring change and ramp modification on the 00-03 MY trucks

I don't recall if this is in the directions, but that fuse should be removed, it is not longer needed.

Well, let's see :

...<snip>...When I did tie into the wrong wire, I did see a little smoke coming from the headlight switch assembly. I quickly turned off the lights and disconnected the wire. Not sure what it could be....<snip>...
Everything electrical runs on magic smoke, and once you release the magic smoke, they stop working...

In all seriousness, sounds like you smoked the solid state dimmer switch.
