How do you get into the interior dome light on a 04' F-150 to change out the bulbs??

I had the same problem as you...assuming that you are trying to change out the lights in the front seat. You have to pull down really hard on the whole plastic thing, and then the lights come out the top once you have it down. I was surprised at how hard i had to pull on mine, so dont be afraid.
