map light: assuming its the same design as my 04 lariat, you just pull the whole plastic piece out as one. both map lights, and the power slider/moon roof, if you have it. theres 2 metal clips that should release when you apply enough pressure to them. then u have to take off the harnesses. get urself a (i think its phillips) and unscrew the backing off the lights to actually get at the bulbs and change them.
youll figure it out one u get the plastic out of the ceiling.

the rear dome light ive never done, but i assume it would be the same concept.

Supercab right? Like mine. just put led's in mine. Grab towards the rear of the over head console and just pull. HARD. seems like you will break it but it will come down. Dome light, same thing. grab the rear most and pull. Im an idiot and was able to do it with out breaking anything.

Mine was extremely tight up front, but from the back just came right down.

Man that could be taken a couple ways.

That took about two minutes. Installed them yesterday and it was a snap.

Thanks again
