Question Wiring Toggle switch into DRL

I have a 2006 F150 XLT super cab and would like to wire a toggle switch into the DRL so I can turn them off when needed. Has anyone done this?

Haven't done this but I can which wire to put the switch in. There is wire, its black w/red tacer that comes out of the Aux. relay box, that would be the wire to put the switch in.

Was out checking the aux relay box. There's no black/red wire. Was thinking of pulling the relay and testing the wires to find which one is for the DRL (should be hot with the relay in and not hot with it out) then wiring a switch to that one. Will this work?

Ok, well how about a orange w/ light green tracer. It shows it coming out of aux. relay box 1 and it goes to the drl resistor which is located behind the left front headlight.

Well best I can tell from the diagram, a switch in that wire will give you the ability to control the DRL's.
