New 2008 FX4 Super Crew
Hey all,
New member here. I just traded in my 2006 Lariat for a 2008 FX4. I got a couple questions....I did try searching first
First off...Is there any way to add the trip computer and such to the FX4? The blank off panels are there for the 3 buttons (Setup/Reset/Info). It wasn't an option from the factory, though neither was the Homelink.
Speaking of Homelink...From searching on here it looks like I can just order up a drivers side visor with homelink or grab one off EBAY and do the DIY mod. Seems straight forward.
I'll be pulling out my K&N intake from the 2006 to promptly install in the new one. Also it looks like the Hypertech model is the same for 06 and 08. Anyone able to confirm or discount this?
Anyhow....Just wanted to jump on and get started on the boards here. Thanks all.
