Water in foglights?

Hey guys. I have a new pair of Hella Optilux 2020 Driving Lights/Fog Lights dual and after everytime it rains, the inside of the glass fogs up with water droplets and distorts my light beam. Would it be better to run the lights and let the heat dry them out or let nature take its course and let it dry by itself? Thanks,

-Alex

might try some silicone to seal them up better.

They are only about 3 weeks old now- brand new from the Hella store itself. It's not getting water in it, its just the air temperature outside compared to the humidity and air temp inside the lenses is so far off that precipitation forms on the inside. And just to make sure, I checked the silicone sealant around the edges. I usually run the lights for a few mins to dry them out from the extreme heat of two Halogen bulbs, but I'm wondering if it's better just to let them dry out on their own?
