Stock Alarm situation.
Hey all.... Just encountered a baffling situation. My 01 F150 xlt, stock alarm, just decided to change on me.
Typically, with the remote, pushing unlock, 1 swift honk and the door unlocks, and the alarm disarms.
Hitting lock on the remote, 2 swift honks... first one locks the doors, 2nd one arms the alarm.
Now, when locking, I only get one honk; which locks the door, but does'nt arm the alarm??? I havent the slightest clue as to how this happened, nor do I know the remedy. Im going to disconnect the battery here in a little while, to reset the comp ( hopefully) .
But, I would rather get some advice 1st. Ive got over 100 satellite radio channels set, And dc-ing the batt will wipe em out lol.
