Cruise Control

I have a 1995 F-150 5.0L and the cruise control does not work.I first checked the fuse, then I took the steering column apart and tested the switches, which were all good. Then I proceeded to check the cruise control servo under the hood. The wiring harness coming into the servo gets a signal when the buttons are pushed. I am not sure how to check the speed control and the servo itself. Also are there any other possibilities that it could be??

Have you had the recall done? Is there any liquid inside the switch on the master cylinder?

. . .

If that's OK, follow this diagnostic, referring to this album.
