Question guys,

I have the keyless entry now -no alarm. I'd like to add OEM FORD remote start -no alarm. Which version do I buy? Just the Ford remote start or the Ford remote start with keyless entry? Seems like I'd be paying for keyless entry twice if its the latter.

I went with the FORD Gold it has both start and alarm.The Gold has a life time warrenty on it.There are 3 too pick from,First one is just start you have too have 2 remotes to carry 1 for start and 1 to open the doors,second one is both start and open doors on 1 fob and number three has everything on 1 fob plus the lifetime warrenty.

 

Remote star with keyless is a much nicer way to go for the reason your keyless range will be a 100 times further. Your bypass module from ford that you'll need is the 1L3Z model. It just plugs in but I recomment the PKF1 module for your 03. It connects directly into the vehicles PATS wiring and only takes one key to program. Just install it, turn the key on and off. And you're done. Never have to worry about it again.
