Headlight Problem

I just wired up a sub and an amp to my aftermarket h/u this afternoon, and had to take out most of my dash, when I plugged everything back in, my low beams didn't work, everything else did, except for my low beams, so I had to drive around tonight with my high beams on. The truck is a 00 F-150 4x2 XLT. Also sometimes when my steering wheel locks it is next to impossible to turn the ignition, and other times, it is fine. Thanks

Steeering Wheel Lock

Depending on how far you have the wheel turned, you may need to turn the wheel further in that direction and it unlock the ignition, as far as the lights, I would start with the fuses.
