If none of the drivers side injectors are working, only one of 2 things could be wrong:
1. The wiring harness is rotted, cut, burned through, etc, and the firing pulse is not getting to the injectors.
2. Fried PCM.

I check and recheck, and then check some more to ensure all injectors fail to fire before I would go any further. There's an item at AA/AZ called a 'noid light' that's made specifically for testing injector pulses. Costs about $5. Just ensure it's the right one for your year and engine configuration. Then I'd start tracing out the harness. Good luck, and feel free to ask any and all questions.
