Thanks Mark

Look under the dash, on the firewall.
On the left hand side above the parking brake, you should see a box.

Mine is white with a 5 digit code on it ( for the key pad ), your year it might be black still.

The box should say Remote Keyless / anti thieft.

(SSCULLY) posted this in another thread. Hope it helps.

Actually that is kind of a crappy description that I posted before.

The member from Japan got a better posting from me on locating it.

First, let me say this is where it is at on a F-150, an EXPY I don't know for sure, maybe you will let us know.

Lay on the floor of the drivers side on your back, with flash light in hand.

Slide your head as close to the firewall as you can, ******* the break pedal.

This is on the firewall up above the fuse box ( wayyyy up there ).

It is high on the firewall, so unless you are on your back, looking up you won't see it. Again this is with a F-150, EXPY got me ?

It wuould be about behind the fuel gauge is at, give or take.

This will give you a rough idea of where to look:

The white / cream colored box is just out of the picture, as I did not have time to edit it to get the answer back to the member from Japan ( didn't want my 5 digit factory code posted on the inet ).
But this gives you an idea of where to look way the heck up there for the RAP.

Hope this helps, good luck and let us know.

If you can't find the module, go to your dealer, they can pull the code using their diagnostic tool.

By chance, can anyone tell me where to find the door code for a '94 Towncar?

our '92 grand marquis has a white label on the trunk right in front of the locking mechanism (toward the rear of the car) with the keypad code on it.

Try looking there.
