Dashboard Instrument Lights

Can anyone tell me the difficulty in replacing the lamps for speedometer, gas gauge and so on ? How are the dash covers removed?

The **** ache factor for most people comes from the fact that one of the retaining screws for the bezel is hidden behind the headlight switch. There is a step-by in the following thread.
