I need help on dash light bulb------>

Last time i cleaned my MAF and reset my computer, I turned my lights on that night and noticed that my dash light that lights up the area from 80-100 mph (behind the spedometer) has burned out so now from 80-100mph its dark when lights are on. Of course dealer wanted to "properly diagnose" the problem by testing electrical circuits and fuses @ 80 bucks an hour (HA!) so i told them that I'd live with the light out! Well can someone possilby hlpe me out as to how to access this little light so that i can pay a buck or two and replace it myself??
Any info appreciated

If it is like my '01 SCrew, the gauge cluster will have to be pulled out and the bulbs plug in from the rear. It is probably a 194 bulb, but I don't know for sure.

According to the book you have to remove the cluster bezel before you can remove the gauges, so here we go:

Remove the headlight switch.
Disconnect the neg battery cable, wait 2 min.
Turn headlight switch to ON, pull out to engage Fog setting
Using small screwdriver pry off ****
Turn **** 180 degrees from ON and reinstall
Turn switch to OFF, then rotate clockwise as far as possible and hold it.
Pull assembly out, unplug connector.
Install is reverse of removal

Remove center trim panel
Using small screwdriver pry up clips along bottom of panel( The crack that runs horizontal along the bottom of the steering wheel)
Lift bottom out to disingage tabs along top
Install is reverse of removal

Now you can unscrew all the screws holding the cluster
Lower the steering wheel to its lowest position
Pull the cluster out
Unhook the electrical connections
Unhook the Trans position indicator (auto only)

Volia- You can now get at the bulbs in the back.

Here's the bad part...I don't know which bulbs to use. I'd go to the dealer and buy the bulbs from them, that way you'll get the right ones. And replace them all since you went to all the trouble to pull it in the first place.

Good Luck!!
