Help With Edge CTS 2

With the advice of a local offroad shop, I bought an Edge CTS 2. Straight out of the box I feel some significant torque / power gains and the shifting issues from the 35" tires are corrected. Is there anywhere I can get custom tunes for the CTS 2 for my '06 5.4L crew cab/

The only one that MIGHT be able to do it is PHP - I don't know if they are still custom tuning Edge devices and which ones they can work with.

PHP used to custom tune the CTS, but due to disagreements with Edge, they've stopped doing it as far as I know. It's my understanding that Edge will not let anyone change the tuning program in the CTS line.

That doesn't make any sense considering the CTS 2 has the ability to go in and tweak just about anything and empty slots to save your own setups.

If your comment was directed at my post, you are misunderstanding what YOU can do. You can change a few parameters, such as Gear Ratio, shift points, tire diameter and so on, but - you cannot change the programs that are loaded in the programmer. Edge wants them to be 50-State CARB compliant (at least that's what their story is) so they do not allow the software or the firmware to be altered by anyone but them.

You can choose not to believe me, of course. And, if so, check with all the tuning shops about getting custom tunes for it. If you find somebody, I think we'll all be interested in who they are.
