Hey.
Lobotomize the unit via Pegasus or Fusion. This will strip off the custom tuning, and revert the unit back to a canned device.

Just did this a year ago
Set truck back to stock
Hook CTS up to computer
Update CTS to newest firmware.
(That step could take 3 or more tries, mine failed 3 times and then finally reset)
Boom done canned tuned edge

To return a CTS to the canned Edge state, use Fusion, not Pegasus. Just connect it to the PC with Fusion running and let Fusion apply any updates. That should do it. Make sure your truck is set back to stock (Level 0) before you remove the CTS though!
