I have AT&T, and only AT&T Navigator costs extra. The GPS chip works fine with Google Maps, which are free.

I did. I came up with 2540mm, and my rpms and speed still did not match up. That is why I was confused. Turns out my 33/12.5-20 is smaller than 2540 even.
