SCT/5star HELP!!

Ok I went to up load some tunes to my sct tuner that mike sent me from 5 star, everything seemed to work fine there. Then It said there was an update for it so I went to update it and the tuner got half way done and it stopped and the tuner now says "system start up please wait filesystem error needs to be reloaded" Ive tried everything and when I plug it in nothing happens. I called SCT and was on hold over an hour and I left a message and still no one has gotten back to me(TERRIBLE customer service) The truck was put back to stock before all of this.

Any one have any ideas? Thanks!

When I was having problems uploading my tunes (my truck had a Hypertech chip installed I was unaware of) I first emailed 5 Star and after some diagnostics called SCT. Talked to 3 different techs in one day, had a little wait all 3 times but they were very helpful. After more checking with them, reformating the device remotely, trying updates they gave me a RMA number to return the unit for testing. Fortunatly I discovered the chip before returning it and it now works fine.
Long story short is hang in there and talk to a tech, maybe it was a really busy day. Unfortunatly it is the weekend. They probably will be able to fix the unit online unless it is terminal.

Did you get it resolved? I had the same issue just this past Thursday/Friday. I called tech support and they did what has already been mentioned. They remotely accessed my computer and fixed the problem. The worst part was the holding. I sat on hold for an hour (thats not an exaggeration). Took them approximately 7-10 minutes to fix it. All good now.

04, if you haven't gotten this thing resolved yet, pm me and I'll give you a direct email adress to one of the techs @ SCT. If you send him an email, and request him to call you at a specific time, he will....
