Code P0354 means what?

Pulled this code today from Xcallibrator. Any help will be appreciated.

It's: Ignition Coil D Primary/Secondary Circuit - I don't think you have COPs in that truck do you? Anyway, it's an ignition problem, I'd think in cyl 4.

It has 2 msd coil packs on it at this time. Guess one of them must be bad. Thanks for the help.

OP has a 4.6L then. -Unless the engine was upgraded to the 5.4L, after production.

Helps to post engine ident for most questions.
