Update issues...

I posted this on the PHP site already...

I have an original custom tuned edge evo back when Bill first started custom tunes.

I recently had Bill adjust my custom tunes to turn off the rear o2's. I try to get them on the tuner with Pegasus and get the following messages:

Internet error encountered. Page cannot be found. Unable to locate a Target Instruction file. Process failed. Update failed. Please contact your vendor for assistance.

I have done all suggestions in the PHP FAQ area regarding updates and no dice. I really need an answer to get the tunes on my programmer. I don't know if I can hook it up to my truck or not since it has started an update process and failed.

Any help would be appreciated.

I responded to your post on PHP's forum, Stealth, and, you've answered my question that I posted there.

I'm pretty sure there's a Serial Number mis-match between what's coded in the files you are trying to download and the one in your unit. You'll need to talk to Bill, Cody or Corey to get that straightened out.

Bill contacted me and adjusted the tunes and we got them loaded on the unit. The programmer locked up loading the 87 perf tune on the truck. Now he's trying to figure out what happened.

Went to load 87 perf tune on the truck and the programmer locked up. Truck is OK to start though on the stock tune. Bill's figuring it out behind the scenes.

Bill just called and fixed it all up again. Did remote desktop and restored my gryphon/evo and then we got the custom files loaded. Somehow the unit got too many files loaded and it stopped completely, but it's all good now.
