I think it took 3 business days for mine, not bad considering other tuners. Had a small issue with CEL's and he sent me an updated tune the next day.

I've been waiting on a tune for 3 weeks, give or take. Don't know if that's normal or not.

Justin pissed me off with his customer service, or lack there of. Went with 5 star tuning with a new x cal3. Had my tunes written, installed on the new x cal and shipped the next day. Datalogs were sent back within a day. THAT'S customer service. They will be doing all my tuning from here on out. i made a post a few months back looking for a place because justin took so long to reply to my emails. Well the last one he actually did reply to took 5 months to reply.

Big Slick, did you ever get your tunes? I ordered mine a little over 2 weeks ago, and I'm trying to estimate how long my wait will be.

Not yet. I emailed him a week or so ago and have yet to hear back. I understand people get busy, but one of the reasons I went with VMP is because of reports that Troyer was taking months to get tunes out.

That bums me out. Turnaround time was the only reason I ordered from VMP also, and they're not all that much better than Troyer, from the sound of it.

Well I hope this helps: I got my tune today. Hopefully it won't be long for yours.
