A blank green screen can be the result of a download failure during an attempt to update the Gryphon's firmware which causes the firmware to be erased and not updated. Now, the Bootloader has nothing to boot to, so the screen stays green with nothing else displayed. The vehicle is not at fault.

Contact PHP for further assistance.....

Yeah, Bill can help you. I ordered custom tunes for my Gryphon. When i downloaded them into the Gryphon then tried to upload to my truck, it went waky and the truck would not start at all. I frantically emailed Bill and he called me about 10 minutes later. He was on the phone with me step by step for about 40 minutes until we had it all squared away and the truck was running. Great guy. Lucky for you at least your truck is not disabled. There are a busy bunch no doubt, but he will get you fixed up!

Hey guys, thanks for trying to help Troy out with this mess. I never would have guessed selling the old Gryphon would become such a challenge.

Once Bill does his magic, Troy's gonna be a happy camper.

Great news!!! Glad it's working out for you.

My 11 sure could use Bill's handy work to correct some of the Ford tuned odd characteristics.
