I was trying to return my 99 f150 to stock so I could smog it and got this code does any body know what i means?? It also says that splash.lcd was not located. Any help would be really apriciated

 

Changing back to stock for an inspection? I never do and it passes the inspection scan every time.

I hear the 97-03 edge cables are prone to failure. Maybe this is going on.

 

DO NOT put your truck back to stock before a smog inspection. If you do, it almost guarantees you will fail the test due to a P1000 code that will be set. Just leave it tuned and remove the programmer and cable.
