I have a 08 F-150 4X4 with a 3" lift running 33's. What kind of benefit can I expect with a Gryphon tuner? HP, MPG, both? I would like some more power but don't want to loose MPG.

I moved your post to a new thread, since it really doesn't belong in the sticky about the CS/CTS platform.

However, I'll warn you now - your question is going to get a whole lot of "why don't you learn to use 'search'", because it's been asked and answered a trillion times before.

As a start though, please read the sticky on "Questions About Tunes".

HP-depends on what octane you choose to use....
Mpgs-these are 6000 pound bricks and they're about as aerodynamic as a barn door...add in your 3" lift and larger than stock tires and you've just skewed your own truck's mpgs....you'll be lucky to get any mpgs back with whatever programmer you choose....
