Suggestions for higher/better shifts points with 06 150 w/BullyDog

I own a 2006 F-150 lariat 5.4, put a bully dog in awhile back and a few times changed around the shift points and not exactly sure.
Any people with same of similiar stuff with good suggestions for shift points.

Also on the truck is a self custom built 3" cold air intake (mostly Spectre but with a lil K&N, AEM and some random 3" alluminum tubing)
and a new 3" exhaust, with some off brand wanna be flowmaster muffler.
AND 34" Nitto Trail Grapplers w/ 2.5" leveling kit.

Hi.

Safe & optimum shift points are largely irrespective of programmer, and usually dependent upon usage - econo, towing, perf, etc. And - huely dependent upon the powertrain/drivetrain in question (4R75E, stock TC, etc)

Have said that, there's some good info/settings in here: https://www.f150online.com/forums/ch...-edge-evo.html

FYI - you should remove that intake contraption ( if you've removed the airbox and/ or relocated the MAF) before you cause damage. That programmer cannot correct for alterations to the MAF transfer function you have inadvertantly caused. Plenty of supporting info on here - if you'd care to look. Yer truck.
