i wish we could just cut out the people who just waste time andspace on peoples threads and keep the info that me and others are trying to get out to people so they dont make the same mistakes i did. i consider this a info sitr not a social chat room. I like to talk and socialize but that not the sole reason im here. just like most people on here, they just want help and to help others with problems. Someone always has to be first, and just hope people who put other people down dont keep that info we need because they are trying to avoid what happen to me. I thought my tunner( vmp) screwed up and wondered if anyone else had the problem before me. wel there wasnt, i was the first to recognize what the problem was. But some people loyal to thier favorite tunner think it was more important to asume i was wrong and he didnt make a mistake. they definetly went way to far with personal attacks with no facts and that attitude hurts this site because it keeps people from asking perfectly resonable questions about what was wrong. It seemed pointless to continue because of all the negative comments but i kept writting and in the end it was a simple mistake about justin not knowing about the ethenol some states put in thier gas which was making my tunes alll run very lean. my truck was permenetly dammaged and had to be sold. this is just a risk we all take when we alter the stock vehicle. i knew that and have no problem with it. But it could of been avoided, so im writing this now to keep others from same road. Offcourse justin has changed his procedure and problem is fixed which brings us to the present with the new truck and im trying to give justin another shot to give me that kick in the pants we all jones for, i really want it to work out between us and for others on the site to learn from all of this. Its not over yet, still waiting for justin to get back to me about a new tune he siad he would write for me. take from this what ever you want i dont have a personal problem with anybody involved, just want my truck to do what i paid so very, very much money to do.. before you buy a programmer and choose a tunner read as much as you can, then you can make an informed decision and avoid all the pitfalls and annoying people that caused all my problems.
so as of righ now im just waiting to hear from justin and if he does fix my tunes like he said, i wil let you know when i get them and what kind of difference they make for me and this tunner/programmer. whether or not it was all worth it is yet to be seen . its up to you if you want to risk it or not, no matter what the programmers are cool anyway.
