Hands down....

SCT X3

I've had 2 now. Very happy. My arsehole doesn't pucker while its writing my PCM.

(I've had bad luck with other programmers)

Its a solid tuning device. And when you buy it from a dealer, than can give you somewhat of custom tunes.

A datalogged truck by a professional is the best, but the SCT "vehicle specific" tunes are pretty close...

For my '09, I selected the PHP CTS. It is not fully implemented yet (no TCM control). If you want to be sure a tuner will work and don't car about he gauges, get a SCT X3 from PHP. If you can wait or are willing to risk the scheduled update not happening, the CTS is nice. I really like the gauges. The factor gauges are not very useful. For engine temp, trans temp and oil pressure, they just stick in the middle for a broad range of values, then peg.
