How do you like your Evolution CTS or CS Evolution?

I want to know how everyone that has the Evolution CTS or CS likes it. Or if you dont like it. I won a gift certificate to edge for $1,000 worth of products from edge. I have the Edge evolution right now and will just end up selling that. So let me know how you like your CTS or CS Evolution.

I love my CS man. Im sure the CTS is just that much nicer. Way bigger ( thats what she said!)

If you already have an Evo then you know your gains youll see. The guages are really nice man. But hell if ya got $1000 to spend then a hundred bucks or so isnt much considering the Cool factor of the CTS. Also the larger screen appeals to me. Had I been able to afford it I would have definitely gotten the CTS.

I say go CTS.

I like mine

I have an 2010 FX4 with the CTS in it, I like it works good. I like the 8 gage layout, better then the old 4 gages you got on the old evo.

yeah im thinkingi want the cts. The reason im thinking about getting the cs is so I can get a cs for my dads truck also for a little cost to me. Cause he only has the edge programer not the evolution. But if I get the cts I can get the backup camera for little cost to me.

I like my CTS on my '09, but keep in mind that it is half-baked right now. Hopefully they will release a completed version soon.

Still lacking:
- Transmission control (user and programmer)
- User timing control
Since the transmission isn't controlled yet (no TCM support), the improvement in throttle response isn't as much as I expected. The downshift still takes more than 1-second after going WOT at highway speeds.

Good to know. I wonder if it will be different for mine since mines an 05. But I bet there exactly the same.

The CS/CTS platform can and does control the transmission although there are still some limitations on the user options.

I have the CS installed on my 10 FX4 and like the way it drives. Im not leaving the CS mounted in my truck. IMO, its just gives someone a reason to break in my truck and take it. I think I had it in the center console for about 10 minutes, now its packed away in the closet somewhere. Im pretty sure it has the same tunes as your EVO does. If you like your EVO and you want to have some gauges then get the CTS, thats really going to be the only difference.
