IMO, the truck will likely run rich all the time, and you'll end up paying many times over in decreased fuel mileage what you paid for that.

If the performance (and moreover, MPG) improvement claims were true, don;t you think the factory would employ this "magic bullet" in every vehicle to help meet CAFE standards?

"If something seems too good to be true, it probably is."

Wow! With that device you're going to see an additional 75 HP, AND you get an additional 15 MPG in fuel economy!

Your truck is going to make everyone else's look like total losers.

It's clear the vehicle manufacturers are in a conspiracy with the oil companies to keep fuel economy low, otherwise, they would have included this $20.00 modification on all their new models.

I bought one and man, I get about 33 mpg with my 2005 f150 supercrew 4x4. I can smoke the tires at every shift point. Hell in the winter time I can't even drive my truck because it has too much power.
***JUST KIDDING***
Who would be so naive to purchase something like that.

Hey man, just read a bit more into this. There's no feature to return your trucks computer back to stock settings man. If this thing does what we all think it is, you're probably going to blow your motor or transmission up. Seems like a pretty risky thing to do man. if you could set it back to stock i'd do it, but it looks like you'll be stuck with it dude. I don't think i'd risk it.

If you bought one of those you deserve whatever you get. Your mileage will go down because it tricks the computer into thinking it needs more fuel. Return it now. A fool and his money are soon parted.

OK I know everyone says these are crap, but i have had good luck with them. I have bought 8 of them (you can stack for more horsepower). I can literally beat Vipers.

Also before you install its always a good idea to flush out your oil pan and gas tank. I prefer water from a garden hose while others just usually use bleach. Your pick........

I use a "sugar water" solution for the gas tank - it "sweetens" the fuel to make the engine run cleaner. (I actually add some at each fillup).

Ask him were the dyno sheet is to prove the 75 HP claim. I used to see these things for Jeeps all the time. Just a .50$ resistor in a box to fool the computer. Snake oil!
