So we're back to a bad/weak battery.
Thanks for remembering that.

my theory is if the display lights up then the cord is fine. if you read the posts i put up it's sounds like the same problem i had.

when i was first thinking about buying from PHP they had an emergency only cell # no their website don't know if they do anymore probably not, but look.

But... my battery is less than a year old. My truck was, up until now, sitting in my heated garage on a "Battery Tender" (brand name). The tender was showing a green light and full charge when I left that morning.

For extra power I added my battery charger (not the tender) on a 10 amp charge last night and still got all the same errors I did in my original post.

The only way I could get more power is if I could arrange for lightening to hit the battery at the same time I load my tune.

that's because there is no file in the pcm, so the edge/gryphon does not know what to make of it. that's what the 150 code is at least for edge. really doesn't matter what caused it there's no file in the pcm so what you need is to talk to bill. try calling edge they might charge you for the help but they'll answer the phone.

For everyone monitoring this thread: I've made Bill aware of grizzstang's problem and have given Bill a number to reach grizz.

I think Bill will know what to do as soon as they can talk to each other.

Somehow the programming session probably wasn't completed. You will need Bill's help.
If you have another vehicle to drive I would suggest doing that.
Get your battery load tested instead of relying on the lights on the charger.
You may have a cell that is weak or going bad in the battery.
You also need to watchout how much ampreage you are using while programming»try not to exceed 2.0 amp/hr.

I just got off the phone with Bill. He needs to look at the program files in the Gryphon to see what is going on. I will upload them tonight.

Well I got to say I am getting a little frustrated but I am trying to be patient.

I did talk to Bill Tuesday and uploaded the program files that night with the distinct impression he would call me back sometime Wednesday. It is Friday and I still have not heard anything back.

I have tried to call their phone number and get the recording everytime with no chance of leaving a message. I have sent a two emails, both went unanswered. I am going to try to PM him on their site tonight when I get home (it turns out my account is with my home email, I completely forgot what I used when I set it up) but honestly I have not seen either of their user names on recent posts so I don't think that will do me much good either.

I do have something to drive but I sure could use my truck right now. The snow is starting to fly today and continue on through the day Saturday. Maybe it is time to drop a few hundred bucks and get it towed to the dealer to reflash my PCM.

I get that. We have all had family emergencies. They are back at home I am told.

If he was not able to get to it right away I am fine with that but why not let me know that when we spoke?

Exactly!
Grizzstang,
Groovy Chick's sister passed away last Thursday from her battle with cancer.
They just need some time to get their life organized and get back to normal or close to it.
If you need to get in touch with Bill again I or Jack will try....?

Cancer is a horrible thing. My father passed away two years ago from it. I understand what they are going through. I also understand that time does not stop while you are grieving it just feels like it does.

I don't really need to talk to him if you or Jack will. Can you just find out what happened and can it be fixed or is there an actual problem with my programmer. If the "fix" is weeks down the road I will ship it off to the dealer or at least get it towed back to my garage.

Thanks.
