You are going to need edge's tech support for this problem!

the guy had me hook it up to fusion, and he downloaded my stock file checked it for corrupt files, and what not, sent it back to my edge, than set the truck back to stock, and he basically reset the edge. the problem was it wasn't getting enough voltage during programming, so i found out i need a new battery. not as bad as i thought it was going to be.

Good deal. This information may help someone else out if they have the problem.

Yes having a bad battery or finding out that you have one during the programming is a bad deal. The initial programming sequence sends a 18 volt signal to start the process.
A good idea in the future is to have everything off while programming.

Happy that edge was able to get it fixed for you!

yeah i asked the tech guy if i could hook it up to a battery charger during reprogramming, and he said as long as your careful, cause too much can fry the OBDII cable or even the edge, so i did it with a 12V set to a 2amp deep cycle, and it worked fine. after all the other stuff.

I noticed that my DRL are on for the programming sequence, so I can see that being a problem if someones got a weak battery.

Tuner

I have tried searching for the custom tuners talked about here on the forum but can not find what it is. Where do you buy them?

Troyer Performance or VMP for the Xcal3 and www.powerhungryperformance.com for the Gryphon.
