My gryphon programmer arrived the other day but I opened the box and saw that the plastic holder for the programmer for my dash was broken. How can I get a new one because I have called PHP multiple times but they are always busy!!!

Triton, I answered you on PHP's forum. That forum is probably the best source of information regarding anything to do with PHP. It's also the one that PHP monitors the most.
