Best Turn around time Custom tune?

Hi guys, I'm wondering who has the best turn around time with custom tunes?

VMP? PHP? Troyer? Some random mustang or lightning tuners?

I placed an order with PHP early august and no word yet.

I'm curious about the rest of the custom tuners out there.

Cheers!

VPM has an expedited order option that should put a tune in your hands in a few business days.

VMP is probably the quickest turnaround. But, I like the Gryphon, and PHP is the only source.

Contact them asap as they're about to go out of town for SEMA (they leave tomorrow). I placed an order at the end of August (31st) to upgrade my Edge to a Gryphon and received the upgraded unit about two weeks ago. There's a chance your order slipped through the cracks somehow.

i hate to bad mouth troyer, but this is getting rediculous.

troyer is probably the slowest turn around, for right now anyways. reason i say this is because i ordered $3500 worth of stuff including headers, exhaust, throttle body, cold air, electric fans, trans cooler, tuner, and of coarse custom tunes. i ordered all of this in mid march. i got all the parts, just waiting for the tunes. STILL. thats 7 months folks. i emailed them in august wondering where my custom tunes are, thinkin maybe they sent me an email containing them and my email blocked it for some reason or something like that. crystal called me back and appologized for the wait and explained that they are super busy since many other custom tuning shops are closing down, they are getting over run with tunes, and since they only have the on tuner, AND in shop/walk in customers get tuned first, mines still in the waiting pile but it will be done as soon as its my turn. that was 2 months ago. so still waiting.

they are supposed to be the best. thats why i ordered from them. but i really didnt want to wait this long for the best.

Good advice. I sent in my upgrade last Monday and Corey told me they're planning to ship it by tomorrow at the latest.

its a CD and an interface box. 400 bucks and you can tune 2 cars or 2 trucks for 400 bucks. you put it on a laptop and make your own custom tunes with drop down box's takes about an hour. Go half and half with another 96-03 Ford gas owner and 200 bucks for custom tunes by you! you can write a tune for over 3,000 cars or trucks. when you buy a sniper bullet.

check out my thread on here "Sniper"

its very easy. has drop boxs for everything you click what the truck has. if you havnt made chages leave as "STOCK" lets say exhuast for an I.E it says "Manifolds?" you click box comes down with "STOCK" "SHORTYS" "Longtubes" i have longtubes i clicked and bam thats it. then you can put cats present not present EGR present or deleted. Rear o2s or not theres alot you can change. my truck benfited alot from the shift points and firmness now i bark um into 2nd gear from the 1,2 shift.

love it so far.
