PHP Custom Tunes

If you're wondering why we haven't been on the forums much in the past few weeks, the answer is simple... we've been working hard to get everyone taken care of before we close for our break! (Of course, my kidney infection didn't help either...) Bill intends to have all orders on his desk completed by Friday, so if you're waiting for a chip or custom tunes, please know that the end is in sight -- every order for which I have a HEX code is in queue!

We really appreciate your patience while we work hard to take care of all of you!

Sounds great! I would love to have my tunes this week sometime -- I've been running in level 0 to avoid the rough shifting I was getting. He did make a note of that (as well as write down my HEX code) on my order form, correct?

Hey Corey,

I had sent you my info at the very end of August, so I'm not sure if I apply for this or not. If not, it's fine--I'm patient.

I know you guys are extremely busy but I had a few changes to my exhaust setup since I sent you the order form. I emailed you again but wanted to make sure you got the changes before Bill got started on anything. The order is under Matthew Blouir.

Thanks Corey. You guys enjoy your vacation!

Hi there Matt,

I'm so glad you checked up on me because when I did a search through my inbox, I didn't find anything, but I DID find your e-mail in my junk folder -- what's THAT all about? I wonder how Outlook decides that something is junk...

Anyway, I do have it, and I'll print it and attach it to your paperwork. I doubt your upgrade will be done this week, but the nice part is that there shouldn't be much waiting for us when we get back, so it should be done shortly thereafter.

Thank you for your good wishes!

Yeah that's strange--I get that sometimes, too. I really appreciate the prompt reply. Glad to hear you got the info.

I'll be looking forward to the upgrade in October. I have to say that driving stock is quite a change. Can't wait!

Thanks again!

Matt

Hi Cory,

If you guys see my name come up on your desk let me know if I gave you my MC CC number or VISA. The MC was stolen and I need to give you the new card number.

Thanks
-Chris

Corey,

Sorry to bother you again, but I wanted to make one more change to my custom tunes before anything was started. I noticed you reply to these pretty fast so I thought it would be easier than emailing you.

Right now I have requested an 87 stock tune, 87 tow, and 93 performance. I'd like to change the 87 tow to 87 performance, if possible.

Thanks and sorry for the headache.

No worries, Matt. I made the changes for you. As for this being quicker, it's all really just a matter of posting in the right place at the right time. Glad I could help, though!
