They have one person responding to Emails. She tries to respond based on needs. General questions are low priority. Customer problems are the first things done. They are a busy bunch of people, and if anything, any of your questions can probably be answered here.

I will make sure she does.
They are closed these dates(7/9/09-7/13/09) due to Bill being at a live tuning event. Corey is currently involved in updating their web site.
If you are really having issues goto www.powerhungryperformance.com get and call the emergency phone number!

They should be open tomorrow. Send emails to both of them. They do use filters on the incoming emails so it might be best to try and call? Some emails from certain sources don't make it to them.

I sent an a message via PM on their forum in May. At the time, they said that was the most effective way to get a response. I was ready to place an order that day. I still haven't recieved a response. I also sent another, plus an email to both of them at the start of this month, but haven't recieved a reply yet.

Last week I got a nice speeding ticket, and had to register for some classes this fall. I had the money set aside for the gryphon and tunes for months now, but I decided to use it for other things for the time being.

I'm kinda worried about the wait times for their tunes, if the wait time for a response is coming up on 3 months. I had my credit card number ready for them.

I'll be forty in less than two weeks -- I have enough gray hair, thank you!

PMs are turned back on -- and my folder is cleaned up -- on our forum. I moved current PMs to another folder, as Billy and I still haven't been able to sort through all of them to figure out which ones he addressed around the time I had surgery. Feel free to PM me.

If you have to call them call like the first couple minutes they open. I have done that twice and its the only time I can get them on the phone give it a try.

We currently have four phone lines, and sometimes, they're all going at once. What a blessing!
