How long did it take for you to get your gryphon in after it was ordered???

 

7-10 days for the gryphon and canned tunes. After you get your hex code to php 7-10 weeks for custom tunes. Php is trying to get custom tune wait time down to 4 weeks.

 

12-14 days for the gryphon and canned tunes,custom tunes 3 months and waiting.

 

Your at 3 months I am at 10 or 11 weeks so I think when ours were ordered php was just overwhelmed. They have already gotten the wait time down to 3 weeks on the conversion. I have faith in them.

 

You both have to be really close now. Hope it's not too much longer!

Of course I had no clue how important that HEX code was and that probably pushed me back another week.

Mine got to me in 4 days, custom tunes still waiting for, ordered sent the hex in March 16th.

 

Personally, I think it's worth it.
Maybe your custom are going to take less time.

 

PHP just recently stopped taking incoming phone calls for 1 week per month so they could catch up on customers tunes during that week. Their closed schedule is on their website.

 

I received mine in a week. I bought it the second week of February and am still waiting for the tunes. I expect them within a week as Corey said Bill started writing tunes for the Feb puchases a couples of weeks ago.

 

I can't wait for the tunes. Especially since I have 35s

 

Got the gryphon really fast, Ordered custom tunes along with it on the 20th of February, and am still waiting on them. Getting anxious, but they have done a great job replying to my emails and taking phone calls. They are working hard to make everyone happy, and still get the work done RIGHT. The wait is long, but what can ya do?

I'm in the same boat... ordered my Gryphon on February 3rd... got it like 7 days later. Now we're getting into week 13 waiting for the two custom tunes I ordered with it... I guess it is what it is though...
