I have a 2002 F150 5.4L....

I got me edge this morning hooked it up and away we went in level 0.

Well at lunch I decided to change to level 2. It did it's thing said programming complete. I left from lunch and went to look for some new wheels. I Came out from the shop and I get an PCM not responding Error150, call tech support.

The truck is dead 20 miles from home, and will not start....

Well I called tech support and they tell me I need to get to a computer to flash the Edge.....
My wife has to take off work early and come get me.

I run the fusion software, but get a device error. I call tech support and he sets up some file to download to the Edge to force it to reload the factory settings.

Wife drives me back to the vehicle. I plug the Edge in and it loads the factory settings. The truck starts

well after i get the truck home. I wanted to see if the Edge would load the #2 setting Tow file. It did its thing and said programming complete!

NOW THE TRUCK WONT START AGAIN! and the Edge gives the same error PCM not responding Error150.....

anyone want to help or have a solution?

I wonder if you have a bad OBDII cable? Sure sounds like that could be a cause of your problems! Ask Edge about it.

When Tech support forced the flash it this afternoon, they didn't mention anything about the cable.

The edge was able to load the factory file back in with no problem earlier today.

I don't know why it messed up after trying to reload program#2. it did all 4 steps and said program complete...

then the truck wont start, and the Edge is dead.
